All handpieces are thoroughly tested before any repairs are begun. We test your handpiece for torque, water leaks, clogged water lines and any excessive noise or vibration as well as stripped metal chucks, also test Auto Chuck and Push-Button Cap. All HANDPIECES are DISASSEMBLED and CLEANED! WE NEVER DO UNNECESSARY REPAIRS. If a handpiece is sent in for repairs and needs only a chuck, this will be all we repair and advise you that the handpiece did not need a complete overhaul. If a handpiece is tested and found to run and cut well and not require further repairs, then we will not repair it arbitrarily, but rather advise you to please check your unit or air pressure source, etc. Also if your handpiece requires a new turbine, we will definitely call your Dental Office for prior authorization. Most repairs are done same day that we receive them, returned to you following business day. Should there be any necessary delay required, we immediately will always notify you of this situation.
